Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 Business Days for International and Domestic orders.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges of ₹80 apply for order values below ₹1000.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers receive the tracking number on the next day of placing the order.

Customs, duties, and taxes

All prices are inclusive of all taxes.

Damages

Numerology Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

All shipping outside India is chargeable at ₹1500 for the order. We would require 4-10 days for delivering based on the location.

Returns Policy

No returns shall be accepted after 7 days of delivery of the order.

A video must made be made at the time of opening the order for any claim due to damage or loss in transit.
